a/n: once again all information was taken from several ‘mum-to-be’ forums to help me write this. sorry if it’s inaccurate ♡ ♡ ♡

Joohyun:

Joohyun has put you in bed the moment you had informed has about the blood and mucas you had expelled, wanting you to get as much rest as possible before your body had to go through birth.

Halfway through a nap, cramps ripped through your abdomen, making it impossible to continue with your sleep.

Your partner tried her best to move you into a potion that would ease the lain, but it didn’t fade, meaning these weren’t Braxton hicks.

The two of you moved to sit on the sofa. In one hand she had her phone which she was using to time your contractions, the other was intwined with yours, thumb rubbing over your skin.

Once you were both sure that this was it, you agreed that it was time to head to the hospital.

Seungwan:

Seungwan has been on edge since you had been admitted to hospital, having gone past your due date.

The best path to take was an induction, so a small group of staff filtered into the room to help you as much as possible with the process.

She shuffled her seat back to give the doctors as much room as possible, eyes still trained on you.

The discomfort on your face caused her heart to hurt, wanting to scoop you in her arms and take everything away from you.

When the doctor announced that your water was broke, and your labour should start, her happiness and worry mixed into one, causing her eyes to fill with tears.

Seulgi:

The two of you had spend the last few days at home waiting for your due date. It came and went with no sign of your little one, so you decided to go and have a day in town.

You enjoyed a day of shopping, people watching and eating your favourite foods.

The moment your front door closed, you felt the material of your jeans become damp, making you giggle quietly to yourself, catching the attention of the other woman.

Sooyoung:

You had been experiencing the worst back pain and cramps of your life, so Sooyoung had drawn you a bath filled with oils and bubbles in hopes to help you.

She sat by the side of the tub, chatting about random nothings and massaging her fingers over your skin.

Once the water was cool and your pain had numbed she helped you out of the tub and dropped you off.

The next step of your pampering was having your favourite cream rubbed over the stretched skin of your bump. Just when you thought you’d have little pain for the night, it started again, stronger than earlier.

She knew from all the books and classes that you were in labour and a grin grew on her face as she moved to rub of your back.

“It’s time.”

Yerim:

Yerim had grown used to your sluggish state, your pregnancy drained most of the energy from you, leaving her to do most of the big tasks around your home.

Her body went cold with panic when she woke up one morning and noticed you weren’t in your normal spot next to her.

She rushed out of bed and through your home, finding you cleaning and rearranging your living room. She had consulted your midwife about it and became calm when she was assured that it was normal for some mothers to have a burst of energy before going into labour.

She had moved your attention away from cleaning the home to packing your hospital bag, finishing it mere hours before you went into labour. 

The giddiness took over her for a moment, excited to finally meet your child, but she quickly calmed for you, guiding you through the pain until you reached the hospital.

She caught a glimpse of your scrunched nose, moving a hand from your belly to your cheek, prompting you to tell her what was on your mind.

“We’re craving pasta with loads of cheese…” you poured, making her raise a brow.

“Is this true?” She looked back down to your bump, nodding every few seconds. “Well, What my babies want, my babies get.”

Pregnancy number two threw you into a whole new adventure. Everyone around you was buzzing about their favourite loud, happy family expanding. The three of you were loving every second of it. Your tiny bump was the pride and joy of the Byun household, and the EXO pack. 

Your afternoon of yet even more baby shopping with the other mates from the pack had come to an abrupt stop when shooting pain began in your abdomen, sending you all the hospital to undergo several tests. 

Your body went numb the moment “I’m sorry” left the doctor’s mouth, leaving the mates to take in most of the information and relay it to Baekhyun when he arrived. The group refused to leave your side until your husband arrived, even after a nurse informed them that only direct relations could stay. 

He almost took the door off the wall getting in to see you, only stopping to hear the group inform him on what had happened. He wasted no time climbing into the bed next to you, wrapping you in his arms and pulling you into him, finally making you feel like you could let go of all you were holding back on.

The pack were understanding and gave as much love as possible to the two of you. During your hospital stay they went over to your home to make sure everything was fine and took some of your son’s belongings so they could care for him, allowing the two of you some time alone. They never voiced it, but they were all pained by the situation. You were always the light in their lives, instantly bringing the mood of the room up just by stepping in, it hurt to see you both in such a state. 

Things in your home felt off. The energy levels of you and Baekhyun had hit rock bottom. Despite his groggy mind and body, he still did his best to make sure you were okay. 

Most of your time was spent curled up together, mindlessly chattering about what kind of mischief your son would be up to while surrounded by his uncles and cousins before you drifted off into the nth nap of the day.

You went searching for your husband who was no longer at your side when you woke up from your nap. from the state of the kitchen you knew he’d try to cook dinner, but gave up and resorted to getting a packmate to cook something for him to bring home.

To waste time, you decided to throw the blanket around your shoulders and wander into the nursery. It was a place where you could get into your head and lose yourself in the thoughts of all the things that should have been.

Baekhyun’s entrance into the room pulled you from your little bubble. His fingers pushed back the blanket from your neck so he could connect his lips to the skin in a soft peck. “I’m sorry I wasn’t there when you woke up,” he turned you around so your little boy could present you with the wild flowers (roots and all) he put together for you on the way home. “I had a kitchen emergency. Chanyeol offered to cook us something.”

“I saw,” you smiled small, leaning down to take in the sweet floral scent the bouquet let off. “Are these for me?” you asked, earning a cheeky grin for the chubby boy. 

“For me,” he teased, pulling the flowers back to his chest. 

“But you don’t like flowers!” your fingers tickled his sides, causing him to squeal with laughter and surrender the flowers. His plump cheeks and giggles sent a rush of happiness to fill your body, making you join him in laughing.

Baekhyun looked between the two of you, a grin finally pulling on his lips. “My favourite thing,” he hummed, pressing a kiss to both of your heads.

 Chanyeol’s hair was stuck up in every way when he returned to the sitting room. “You look like you’ve been in a fight,” you laughed, reaching up to smooth down the strands. “The kids, they ambushed me,” he pouted, letting his body slump into yours. “I thought baby sitting would be fun,” he huffed, leaning into your fingers as you massaged his scalp. “I just get attacked everytime I go near them.”

“You should get used to kids wanting to be all over you,” you spoke softly, making him groan. “I’m not coming baby sitting with you again,” he moved to rest his head on your shoulder. “You don’t have to,” your words caused his face to screw up in confusion. 

You pulled the ring off your finger, letting him hear the second heartbeat from within you, and take in your change of scent. “Babe...” he breathed, hands coming to rub over your stomach. “Welcome to Fatherhood,” you grinned, resting your hand over his. “If I weren’t so happy, I’d go shout at the witches for helping you hide this from me.”

You had told Seokjin that you were feeling unwell, so he called you as often as possible, making sure you had everything you need, and that you weren’t feeling to bad. 

“You look better today,” he smiled at your image on the screen, making you nod. “Your illness has gone?” he asked happily, adjusting so he could hold the camera steady. “It’s not an illness I have,” you smirked before reaching over to pick up the notes your doctor had given you. The confusion wiped from his face when he read what was on it. 

When you set the papers down, you saw him frowning on the screen. “You’re not happy about it...” you joined him in frowning. “Who’s going to make sure you’re eating everything you need to keep you and baby healthy?” he huffed, face screwing up. “I’ll send you some recopies, okay? Remember to take your vitamins. Don’t work too hard,” he stopped when he saw you roll your eyes. “Don’t do that! I want you both to be healthy! When I come home, I’ll take over caring for you.”

Yoongi:

You’d ended up arriving at the venue late, as the traffic was a nightmare around the area. You managed to catch your husband before he went on stage again, grabbing his arm to stop him. “Can I talk to you?” you panted, making him. “Of course you can,” he moved you to somewhere with a tiny more privacy.

“Is everything okay?” he asked, fingers locking together with yours. “We’re going to be parents,” you announced, making him grin at you. “Really?” at your nod, he pulled you close and pressed a kiss to your head. The sweet moment was cut off by the announcement playing through the speakers. “Go wait for me at the hotel. I’ll be there in a few hours.”

Hoseok:

Hoseok had finally come after crashing at the dorms after schedule. You two slept wrapped in eachother for the first time in weeks. You decided to try give him a good send off, not knowing when the next time you’d see him would be. 

You had managed to break free from his arms and begin your cooking, making as little noise as possible. As the sun began to rise, you had finished, adding your final touch to the meal; a note of congratulations. 

He was sleepily staring at the ceiling when you entered with the tray, his eyes soon going to you. “I thought you were a dream,” he laughed, shuffling so he was sat up. “Breakfast in bed for one hard working man,” you hummed, setting the tray down in his lap. 

He took in everything you had made, his smile faded when he saw your note. “I’m not a Daddy...” his face screwed up in confusion as you settled next to him. “In a few months you will be,” you smirked, setting your mug of tea on the bedside table. “You’re pregnant?” he moved the tray to the floor and pulled you to him. “When all this is over, I’ll treat you like the princess you are.”

Namjoon:

You and Namjoon had no time to talk when he’d come home to pack, you focused on making sure he had everything he could possibly need to take with him. When he left the room to collect something, you slipped in the pregnancy test, hiding it within his clothes. He threw his phone charger into the case then zipped it up. “I’ll see you when I come home,” he smiled, cupping your face and pressing your lips together for a final time before leaving. 

A few days after your husband’s departure, you received a call from him, which you accepted happily. “I found your present,” he announced the moment you answered. “Oh?” you smirked, making him grin. “We had to get pregnant before a tour,” he shook his head as he chuckled. “They’ll be kicking when I come back,” he turned his phone so you could see the order of books on his screen. “I’ll use my spare time to learn everything I can.”

Jimin:

Jimin being halfway across the world from you made it hard to talk to him. You had found out you’d both be parents, but couldn’t call him to tell him the exciting news, as he was probably sleeping. You promised yourself you’d wait until he was home, but at 3am, when you missed him more than ever, you decided to record a message for him. 

“So it’s month four of not seeing you... I hope everything’s going well, and that you’re eating lots. I know you said to go out with friends alot while you were done so I couldn’t get lonely, but I haven’t been out... I’m not lonely, though! I have Jimin Junior to keep me company!” you grinned, holding up the forms from the doctors so it could easily be read by him when he watched. “We’ll see you soon, okay? We love you!”

 The moment Jimin saw the video from you, he’d cry, concerning the other members. “What happened?” Hoseok asked, rubbing the younger’s back. He called all the members into the room and let them watch the video. “Let’s do well, okay? I need to go home and see my babies.”

Taehyung:

Taehyung has an app on his phone that tracks your periods, so he can get everything ready for you. When he gets a notification from it, informing him that you were two weeks late, he’d make a mental note to talk to you about it if/when he got home. 

“Y/N?” he’d call through the home, to have you appear from the kitchen. “Welcome home,” you smiled sweetly, approaching him to kiss him. “Did you forget to tell me about your period?” he asked, arms wrapping around you. “I missed you too,” your chuckle didn’t change the stern look on his face. “Why are you being so serious?” you frowned. “Because you might be carrying prince or princess Kim,” he mumbled, rooting through his bag to produce a test, finally making you realise you were late. 

“Go get changed, I’ll go take this, then can have dinner,” you wandered off to take the test. When you walked into your room, you husband sat patiently, eyes now wide with hope. “Please tell me it’s got two lines...” he whispered, making you nod. He let out a squeak of delight and fell back against the bed, a pillow was pulled over his face so his shouts of joy were muffled.

Jungkook:

Jungkook would notice how you winced everytime he laid his head on your chest, and how certain smells would trigger nausea. He’d take to the good old internet, typing your symptoms in to see if there was something he could do to help you. When he saw the word ‘pregnancy’ he’d tense up, glancing over to you. “I need to go to the store for snacks to take to rehearsals tomorrow,” he offered you a smile before leaving.

When he returned, he’d empty the snacks into his bag, then hand you the box that contained the test. “Can you take this?” he asked quietly, resting a hand on your shoulder when you looked up at him in confusion. “I might be wrong, but I wanna make sure.”

He’d patiently wait outside while you took the test, then hold you in his arms while waiting for it to develop. “What do you want it to say?” you asked as you hid you face in his neck. “I don’t know... I’d love to have a mini us... But not when I’m going to miss it all...” his lips came to your hair. 

When your alarm went off, he guided you to check the test. His eyes widened as he examined the two pink lines. “We’re going to be parents,” he murmured, handing you the test. “I’ll take the best care of you when I’m done with schedule.”

Baekhyn had promised himself that he wouldn’t get attached to the life that grew inside of you, but the promise broke when he felt movement. The thing inside of you finally became your child. He spent every moment pressed to your belly, speaking in different tones to see what reaction he would get, pressing kisses all over your skin, and humming. 

As the demon looked back on the memories, he wanted nothing more than to rip his past self in half for letting him get attached to what would be taken away from him at any moment. 

Your groan of pain is what broke his trace. “Angel,” he breathed, shuffling the chair closer to the bed. “How are you feeling?” he asked, taking your pale hand in his own and bringing it to his lips. “Like I failed,” you croaked, letting your eyes wander around the room before you looked to your husband. “Don’t say that,” he whimpered against the skin of your hand. “It’s true. My job was to protect him, and make sure he got here safely and healthily.” 

Your partner moved to sit with you on the bed, wrapping you in his arms. “He was never supposed to make it, Angel...” he breathed into your hair. “Demons and humans were never supposed to pro-create,” he moved the blanket over your body before he kissed your cheek softly. “But he was so perfect...” you sniffled, making him nod. “He was,” even though tears were rolling down his cheeks, a small smile grew on his lips. “I know for a fact that he knows how loved he is,” he allowed his gaze to move down to the small bump that once homed your a few hours ago. “And I know that he loves you more than anything.”

 His hand was soon free; the both of you let out sighs before the sound of your baby’s crying filled the room. He managed to laugh through his pants and leaned down to kiss your flushed face. “You did it,” he breathed, brushing the hair from your face. “I’m so proud of you,” your moment was interrupted by the nurse bringing your son to lay on your chest. 

You couldn’t help but burst into tears at the beautiful boy you could finally hold, kiss, and love. It wasn’t long before your husband joined you in crying. “He’s amazing,” he whispered, fingers running over the baby’s small cheek.  

“Welcome to fatherhood,” you smiled up at him, making him cry harder. “Welcome to motherhood,” he wiped his eyes before leaning to kiss the two of you.

“I’m pregnant,” you sighed, making him tense up. “You’re joking…” his eyes widened to shock while you turned over. “That’s amazing…” he breathed, pulling you back over so you were facing eachother. “Does he know about the baby?” he asked, fingers now stroking your stomach slowly. “He was the one that took me to buy a test,” you nodded, watching as a smile sat on his lips. “Tomorrow we celebrate. Cake, balloons, music, the lot,” wrapped his arms around you and kissed your head. “For now, I think we both need to just sleep together and relax while we take in this amazing news together.”
